2022 Noor Riyadh Festival of Lights
The second-annual Noor Riyadh light and art festival kicked-off at the end of 2022 with Wiz-Team’s digital solution and delivery team behind the scenes supporting festival management operations. This groundbreaking annual citywide festival of light and art in Saudi Arabia’s capital, brings artists from across the world to promote talent and deliver inspiring exhibitions.
Following the success of the festival’s inaugural edition in 2021, the second edition saw the festival triple in size, with activations in 40 locations across the city of Riyadh, and it will be accompanied by a three-month public art initiative which will transform the capital into a creative canvas until February 2023.
Wiz-Team was chosen as the all-in-one Festival Management System (FMS) providing a wide range of digital solution and on-site support services led by the company’s all-in-one event management platform Event-Works.
In addition to an all-star team of event managers staffing the main accreditation centre alongside the local organisers, Event-Works supported the registration and accreditation over 6000 people, accommodations, arrivals and departures, guest communication, guest hospitality management, as well as access control.
To truly deliver a seamless guest journey, Wiz-Team worked and integrating closely with its partner TPT Hub, which will provide advanced transport planning, vehicle access and parking permits (VAPP) and fleet management system software.
