Jérôme Jotterand – New Advisory Board Member

Wiz-Team was therefore pleased to welcome Jérôme Jotterand – an attorney specialising in commercial and financial law as well as mergers & acquisitions – among its three newly appointed Advisory Board Members earlier this year.
With his legal expertise and corporate background, complemented by management consulting experience, Jérôme brings a unique skillset and a valuable outside perspective to Wiz-Team – one that he hopes, and we believe, will further support the company’s successful growth.
We caught up with Jérôme to hear how he first got involved with Wiz-Team, the corporate governance issues to be mindful of, and his outlook on the company’s future.
Coming from outside the sport and event technology sector, how did you connect with Wiz-Team, and what led you to join the Advisory Board?
I’ve been working with Wiz-Team since August 2023, when I assisted the leadership during the negotiation process of the On Location investment in the company. Since then, I have continued to support Wiz-Team on various contracts and corporate law matters.
From the outset, I was impressed by the company’s innovative solutions, its ability to stay ahead of the competition, as well as the exceptional talent within the team. Joining the Advisory Board was an opportunity to contribute more directly to Wiz-Team’s exciting journey and ongoing growth. I feel privileged to work alongside such a talented, hard-working, collaborative and humble group of professionals.
As a fast-growing company, what must Wiz-Team pay most attention to in terms of legal and governance-related matters?
Wiz-Team already has a solid understanding of the key regulatory requirements that have shaped the industry in recent years – for example data protection regulations, which are embedded into its operations. One of my roles will be to anticipate regulatory developments in rapidly evolving areas such as artificial intelligence or cybersecurity, across multiple jurisdictions spanning three continents. This proactive approach helps ensure that Wiz-Team’s solutions stay ahead of the curve while maintaining global regulatory compliance – essential for building and sustaining client trust.
From a corporate governance perspective, ensuring that the company’s internal structures evolve in step with its rapid growth is equally important. Transparent decision-making, clearly defined responsibilities, and strong oversight mechanisms are all vital to support long-term, sustainable expansion and to reinforce the confidence of stakeholders, partners, and future investors.
What do you think sets Wiz-Team apart and how do you see it evolving over the years?
What sets Wiz-Team apart is its combination of a deep events industry expertise and a modular, customisable platform built around client-centric innovation. The company does not just develop or deliver software – it offers agile, end-to-end solutions, working closely with its clients from defining their requirements to delivering tailored outcomes.
