2. A partnership that has already proven successful
Since 2020, Wiz-Team and IGNITX have formed a powerful partnership, working together on a number of high-profile projects. While Wiz-Team continues to provide its cutting-edge software solutions, IGNITX contributes with its deep business process knowledge and expert users of Event-Works, the software that powers many of the world’s top events. The collaboration between the two companies has developed naturally over time, driven by a shared vision of empowering people and streamlining event operations.
This successful partnership has already delivered remarkable results across several major events. Notably, the teams worked together on the 2019 Longines Master Series and the 2020 Boxing Road to Tokyo Qualifying Events, where they handled key operational functions like accreditation, registration, and logistics. In addition, the partnership played an important role in the 2022 Pacific Mini Games in the Northern Marianas, delivering seamless registration and accreditation operations for all accredited clients. They also supported the Special Olympics 2023 in Berlin, overseeing smooth registration and accreditation for thousands of athletes and officials. More recently, Wiz-Team and IGNITX collaborated to manage accreditation and registration operations at two Paris 2024 Olympic Qualifying Events in Budapest and Shanghai, ensuring that everything ran smoothly as athletes from around the world competed for a spot in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Furthermore, the teams were involved in the Boxing Paris Unit 2024, providing essential operational support for the Olympic qualification events leading up to the Paris Games.
3. Looking to the future: Andorra 2025 Games of the Small States of Europe (GSSE)
The next exciting chapter in the Wiz-Team-IGNITX partnership is the Andorra 2025 Games of the Small States of Europe (GSSE), which will bring together almost 1’000 athletes from 9 members of the European Olympic Committees, each with fewer than one million inhabitants. With multiple moving parts, this event presents an exciting opportunity to showcase the full potential of our collaboration.
For Andorra 2025, we are integrating several key processes using our powerful Registration and Accreditation modules to ensure smooth operations across every aspect of the event. Our Registration and Accreditation modules will oversee the management of data for Registration, Sport Entries, Volunteers, Accommodation, Arrivals and Departures and Accreditation.
While Wiz-Team will continue to provide the powerful software backbone to manage these processes, IGNITX will be on the ground, providing key personnel and project management expertise to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, FurkiSport will be supporting the project with their specialized web results system, allowing fans and stakeholders to track real-time updates throughout the event.
This joint approach—combining software, expertise, and on-the-ground management—is the foundation for delivering an outstanding experience at Andorra 2025 and beyond.
