Wiz-Team is proud to support the operations of the Swiss Pavilion at the World Expo in Dubai, which will kick-off on 1 October 2021. With the theme “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future”, this six-month international event will celebrate human brilliance and achievements in the fields of architecture, technology, innovation, music, arts and more.

Organised by Presence Switzerland, a unit of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs responsible for promoting Switzerland’s image abroad, the Swiss Pavilion will reflect Switzerland’s scenic beauty and its position as a world-leading technology, scientific and innovation hub.

The registration process to visit the Pavilion, which will provide the visitors with an authentic Swiss experience as well as a journey through the Swiss innovative ecosystem, has recently opened and is operated by Wiz-Team’s event management software Event-Works. This innovative solution will also be used for accreditation management and badge printing, the scheduling of sessions, communication and reporting.
Event-Works’ modular approach provides a flexible and scalable tool which can be easily customised to the needs of different event types. For instance, the Swiss Pavilion in Dubai expects 10,000 visitors to join in public and private side sessions where Swiss partners will present their research and products through small exhibits, talks and showcases aligned with the Expo’s Focus Weeks.
