About Special Olympics World Games
The Special Olympics World Games are the largest sports and social inclusion event on the planet—advancing a world of full inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities in sports, education, health and leadership. The Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023 will feature 7,000 international athletes from over 190 nations across 26 summer sports and two demonstration sports.
This was the first time Berlin hosted this captivating and inspiring event which celebrates the transformative power of sport in communities around the world. Though the main event will take place from 17 to 25 June 2023.
Wiz-Team, TPT Hub, and Iventis lead the way
Wiz-Team and TPT Hub, together with our partner Iventis, provided a highly innovative and fully integrated set of tools that managed and delivered the logistical journey of over 15,000 participants at the National Games in 2022 and the World Games in 2023 from touch-down to take-off.
Wiz-Team’s Event-Works took the lead in managing the data collection and management of:
